	Pankaj Goel Co-Founder CEO Pankaj Goel is one of the co-founder member of CresTech Software Systems . Powering Technology he has been on the forefront for major clients helping them take major Technology decisions. Leading center of Excellence group, he has successfully driven initiatives to build Open Source Plug-ins for functional and performance tools. A specialized consultant for Technology Initiatives, Process and Tool Consultancy he is also an expert in ERP domain functional and Performance Testing. As a Technology Consultant, he assists clients in strategic Testing Solutions and providing End to End services. He is a lead developer of CresTech Products Performance Monitor and TestBest the tools for monitoring Application Servers performance and software test design and management Have worked for companies like Oracle India, Hyderabad, HCL Technologies, Adobe Systems where he was part of Automation team for state-of-the-art products like In-Design and Illustrator He holds Bachelor’s in Electronics and Communication from I.T. B.H.U.


	Lalit Jain Co-Founder VP, Sales & Marketing Lalit Jain is one of the founder members of CresTech. In addition to day-to-day operational responsibilities, Lalit focuses on strong alliances and customer relationships to carry the business forward. Prior to founding CresTech, Lalit has worked with Wipro and Adobe Systems. He began his software career at Wipro where he helped in developing various reporting frameworks which lead in increasing the MIS efficiency of the team. During his tenure at Adobe Systems, he again contributed as a key player in conceptualizing and materializing the architecture of web based and Desktop applications for the testing team of Adobe Illustrator. He has done his Post Graduation in Computer Science from Indraprastha University, India and holds the Honors Degree in Commerce from Delhi University, India.


	Navneesh Garg Co-Founder Head, Overseas Operations Navneesh Garg, co-founder member of CresTech Software Systems heads overseas operation in CresTech. He is a recognized expert specializing in test automation, test development, and testing technology management and have proven success in managing number of Testing and Automation projects. A major contributor to the growth of a consulting practice specializing in Automation and Performance for web applications in E-commerce and Finance domains, he has nurtured innovation in the organization. He has lead Functional Automation Testing and Performance testing teams across wide range of domains using COTS tools and Open Source technologies and has designed several advanced Automation frameworks using these tools. Have worked for companies like HCL Technologies, Adobe Systems where he was part of Quality and Automation team for state-of-the-art products like In-Design and Illustrator. He has directly worked with Mercury and lead the design of Instructor Led Course for QuickTest Professional 9.0, a keyword driven automation tool. He holds Bachelors in Computer Science from NSIT, Delhi University, India.

	Avinash Tiwari VP - Delivery Avinash Tiwari, Head, Technology leads the services delivery group at CresTech. He has served CresTech clients with excellence through various consulting leadership and management roles focused on Technical strategy. He is a specialized consultant on Software Quality Assurance, Software Testing, test automation, Security Testing and ERP–Functional consulting. As Oracle BI Domain expert he has lead team to successful execution of Oracle Business Intelligence System, Daily Business Intelligence, and Oracle Balanced Scorecard and Oracle Discoverer projects. He is also a recognized expert on supply-chain module of Oracle E- Business suite. Having working experience with companies like HCL Technologies and Oracle India, he possesses the ability to analyze problems at the fundamental level and have proven success in various Testing and ERP module implementation projects. He holds Bachelors in Electronics and Communication from I.T. B.H.U.

	Sandeep Ahuja VP - Strategic Initiatives. Sandeep is a an astute & result oriented professional with nearly 25 years of extensive techno commercial experience in IT testing project planning & management, business development with profit accountability. Sandeep believes in leveraging technology to constantly create value for customer and hence Sandeep is in charge of conceptualizing and driving new technology initiatives within CresTech. His expertise being creating global testing practices in various organizations, Sandeep brings with him a vast experience of setting up large Offshore testing centers. He has worked in past with organizations like Mastek (as Global Head of testing), Xansa (as Head Testing Practice – India and UK) and Steria (as Global Head - testing service line). Sandeep also firmly believes that only democratization of Testing skill set can lead to sustainable evolution of testing services landscape and hence he is also involved in various national and international forums in imparting Test strategy workshops and sessions.
